The JCP has approved the JSRs surrounding Java 7 & 8, even though Apache threatened to leave the JCP. Apache is not happy with the licensing terms that Oracle put in place in regards to the TCK. The ball is back in Apache's court, did the JCP call their bluff or will Apache pack their bags?
